Mr. Bozek is the Chief Operating/Finance Officer at The Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI). He has more more than 18 years of management and leadership experience in a large Fortune 500 company and small start-up enterprises.

As the Chief Operating/Finance Officer at CHCI, Mr. Bozek has primary responsibility for all aspects of business operations within CHCI to include program and project management, capture and proposal development, profit and loss management, and contract oversight. He also provides leader development, planning, and training support to clients across the federal government. Education: He is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic and Operational Planning from the US Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS). He served in the Army as an Armor Officer for more than 20 years with assignments as a Strategic Planner on the Joint Staff and the Army Staff, Chief of Plans for a Mechanized Infantry Division, Brigade Operations Officer, Regimental Plans Officer, Squadron Operations Officer, and Troop Commander.
