Position Overview

The Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI) is a growing small business and looking for the ideal person to join our team of consulting professionals as Senior Human Capital Analyst. As CHCI’s clients face changing conditions, increasing mission requirements, and resource constraints, they are looking for innovative solutions that drive successful outcomes and support their most important asset – their people. CHCI is engaging with clients to prepare for and address these challenges while enhancing operational results. CHCI requires talented and experienced people to support this effort.

The Senior Human Capital Analyst is a key position on the CHCI team with considerable responsibility, focusing on analyzing, researching, and developing comprehensive human resource business process maps and making recommendations for their implementation. Initially, they will join a project team that is supporting the transformation of human capital systems for a government client. In the long term, this position will contribute to a full range of project activities that provide products and services to both commercial and government clients in a dynamic environment.

Principal Responsibilities

The Senior Human Capital Analyst will provide high-level analytic support to project teams and clients using a wide application of principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to develop innovative, analytic solutions to problems. She/he will apply expert knowledge to gather facts, research and analyze data, and develop conclusions and recommendations. Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:

An ideal Senior Human Capital Analyst candidate should have a robust background in several foundational skills, including advanced verbal and written communications; an ability to collect, analyze, and present all forms of information to senior leaders; and strong analytic skills. Attention to detail in all areas is a requisite skill. Additionally, an ability to build interpersonal relationships, facilitate team-building, manage project tasks and priorities, and meet deadlines are all integral competencies to the Senior Human Capital Analyst position.
